What is NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming)?
To put it into one simple paragraph, NLP helps people make sense of their world, it teaches them how to change their behaviour and how to understand and motivate themselves to achieve excellence in all areas of their lives.
The principle of NLP is that we create an internal representation (map) of the world around us, the way we communicate and the language we use reflects that inner world.
There are times when the internal representation of what we hold to be true or real, is sometimes distorted and outdated, and needs to be re-examined and upgraded so it can better serve us.
