I’m going to share with you some simple ways to help you change the way you think. There are many different ways to overwrite the limit and self-sabotaging beliefs in your subconscious mind.
You could use all of these methods simultaneously to help you achieve the reprogramming process. It would be more effective though, if you just pick one or two to start with. Later once you feel you can handle more, you can always integrate additional techniques.
Your subconscious mind never tires and never sleeps, it’s like a sponge, absorbing information every second of every day, it forms conclusions and creates beliefs based on that flow of information. I’ve been practicing brainwave entrainment for some time now, using brainwave audio tools such as binaural beats, and must confess that it’s helped me become more relaxed, focused and creative.
