Subconscious Reprogramming

How to Reprogram Your Subconscious Mind

Subconscious Reprogramming information

I’m going to share with you some simple ways to help you change the way you think. There are many different ways to overwrite the limit and self-sabotaging beliefs in your subconscious mind.

You could use all of these methods simultaneously to help you achieve the reprogramming process. It would be more effective though, if you just pick one or two to start with. Later once you feel you can handle more, you can always integrate additional techniques.

The Environment Influences Your Subconscious Mind

Your subconscious mind never tires and never sleeps, it’s like a sponge, absorbing information every second of every day, it forms conclusions and creates beliefs based on that flow of information. Of course, it goes without saying, that if your environment is negative, and filled with strife and unhappiness, what kind of messages are being formed in your subconscious mind. Continue reading

What is Frequency Following Response?

What is Frequency Following Response? Frequency following response [1] (FFR) is the tendency for our mind and body to be affected and synchronized by an external source – such as sounds and rhythms.

Frequency following response is a prime factor in brainwave entrainment. This happens when; an external stimulus is being mirrored by internal processes within the brain. The result of this mirroring can be excited by sound and vision to create certain brain states.

Body and Mind Relationship

We are all moved by the beautiful sounds of nature – the roar of ocean waves, the rumble of thunder, and the constant flow of a river as well as the majesty of a symphony orchestra. These rhythmical and sometimes melodic waveforms constantly move us into the conscious awareness of the relationship of body and mind. Continue reading

What are Brainwaves?

What are Brainwaves? There is nothing more fascinating than the human brain; I am always amazed at just how incredible this bio-computer really is.

Did you know that 78% of your brain is water, 12% fat and 8% protein, the cerebral cortex is about 85% of your brain?

There are about 100 billion neurons in the human brain (same amount of stars in our galaxy) and approximately 100ml of blood flow through the brain every minute, there are 160km of blood vessels in your brain.

It can stay alive for up to 4–6 minutes without oxygen; the slowest speed that information travels between neurons is 416km per hour. The energy used by the brain is enough to light a 25 watt light bulb and more electrical impulses are generated in one day by a single human brain than by all the telephones in the world. Brainwave Entrainment with Audio

Brainwave Entrainment with AudioBrainwave Entrainment (BWE) with audio called binaural beats or binaural tones are auditory processing artifacts, or apparent sound, the perception of which arises in the brain for specific physical stimuli. [1]

The effect was discovered in 1839 by Heinrich Wilhelm Dove, and has become more prominent in the late 20th century due to the claims that binaural beats can help induce relaxation, meditation, creativity and other sought after mental states. Continue reading

What is Brainwave Entrainment?

Mind Harmonics Audio Brainwave EntrainmentI’ve been practicing brainwave entrainment for some time now, using brainwave audio tools such as binaural beats, and must confess that it’s helped me become more relaxed, focused and creative. In fact, binaural beats have even helped me control back pain as well as the occasional headache. I even use them to assist in removing or changing unwanted behaviour patterns and attitudes, they even assist me with affirmations and visualization of my goals.

Binaural beats (brainwave audio) can be used to achieve different mind states, reach deep relaxation and meditation, and are great for self improvement and overall health.

Brainwave entrainment methods such as binaural beats, monaural beats as well as isochronic tones are widely used in therapeutic support of people who need help in relaxation, meditation and overall self improvement. Continue reading
