Thoughts, ideas, emotions, feelings and brainwaves are moving around in your mind every single second of everyday. These flows of electrical waves allow neurons within our brain to communicate with each other while we walk, talk, think, work and feel.

I’ve been practicing brainwave entrainment for some time now, using brainwave audio tools such as binaural beats, and must confess that it’s helped me become more relaxed, focused and creative. In fact, binaural beats have even helped me control back pain as well as the occasional headache. I even use them to assist in removing or changing unwanted behaviour patterns and attitudes, they even assist me with affirmations and visualization of my goals.
